We allow smoking/vaping etc outside. We have a balcony lounging area with an ash tray container. We request guests to dispose butts appropriately.p>
Yes, our pool is private and only you and your guests will have access. The pool would not even be noticeable from the outside as its location is in the very back of the yard in a downslope.
Yes, we have a balcony/terrace with seating areas, dining table and a grill with propane tank ready for BBQ with desert landscape and city views.
We are a family-oriented BNB. We do require strict supervision of children when outside or near the pool as there is no LIfeguard on duty, Kids (over 2) will be counted as one guest with same price as an adult.

We provide a fast business speed free WiFi at 600 Mbps inside and outside the home.
We are approved by county as a place of accommodation or a place to sleep. Just please inquire as we may need extra permits for bookings other than above.
Guests would need to be mindful of the noise outside the house from 10 pm to 7 am in respect to our neighbors who loves to have peace and quietness during those hours.
We can provide guests a portable washer and dryer for small scale use just please let us know in advance.
We do not allow bachelor/bachelorret type of parties. We encourage taking photos or videos at property, but if being used for commercial purposes, this will need to be discussed prior.
This is a fully fenced property with a large space backyard and safe for your fur friends. Kindly just be mindful of wastes and leashed when going outside the prioperty.
We can accommodate up to 6 guests per reservation. Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property. Sending us guests info with names and email addresses serves as reservation.
Our check-in time is from 4:00 pm onwards up to 12 midnight, Check-out time is at 10:00 am. We do not allow early/late check-in/out at this time
The BNB is for guests’ stays, and no one lives on the property.
Yes, we allow up to two trained dogs, <35 lbs and it is a $50 per pet fee.
The pool can be heated for additional fees and depends on the season and weather. We require a minimum of 2 days’ booking, please inquire in advance. We are now open to having this amenity.
No, it is part of the amenity when you make a reservation.
Yes, guests would have to purchase their own firewood supplies. Please check the weather prior, as it could get very windy in Joshua Tree.
It is actually an old photo in 2018 Google Street Map View prior to the new ownership. That photo was inaccurate and must be removed but Google has not addressed issue.
